Remixing Mar Vista Pt. I

Using the MarVista Tract located in Los Angeles as a site to expand from a single-family plot to a triplex featuring a living space for a family, a single person, and a single mother with a teenager. These spaces were to be inclusive of the needs of all the clients living on this single plot of land amongst the entirety of the MarVista Tract.
